Welcome to Mahavir Wire. By accessing this website and placing orders for our products (Binding Wire, GI Wire, Barbed Wire), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Conditions
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Product Specifications & Accuracy
While we strive for 100% accuracy, the technical specifications (gauge, weight, tensile strength) are subject to standard industrial tolerances as per IS 280:2006 and IS 278:2009.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes; the actual finish of the wire may vary slightly based on the manufacturing batch.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices for bulk orders are subject to market fluctuations of raw materials (Steel/Zinc). Final quotes will be provided via official proforma invoice.
Payment terms must be strictly followed as per the agreement at the time of order confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines for Raipur, Bhilai, and other regions are estimates. Mahavir Wire is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen site conditions.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and ensuring the site is accessible for heavy-duty transport vehicles.
5. Order Cancellation & Returns
Since binding and GI wires are industrial commodities, orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or returned unless the material is found to be technically defective upon inspection.
Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the material.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mahavir Wire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products on construction sites. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct gauge and type of wire is used for their specific engineering needs.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
